Returns and Exchanges

Not happy with the Onesie you purchased?  Than neither is Luc&Lou.  That’s why we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from time of purchase.

 

Returns:

  • We are unable to provide a refund for Onesies that have been worn or damaged by the consumer.
  • Refunds are offered in the form of original payment and may take up to 10 business days for the credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping.  We recommend using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking to ensure your package arrives.
  • *Please include the original shipping label with the Onesie that is being returned. *

 

Exchanges:

  • Please fill out and print the exchange form HERE.
  • The exchange form must be completely filled out by the customer and included in the package along with the original shipping label and the Onesie that is being exchanged.
  • The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping to Luc&Lou.  We recommend using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking to ensure your package arrives.
  • We are unable to exchange Onesies that have been worn or damaged by the consumer.
